Tropical Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (115g) fresh pineapple
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 tsp (4mL) coconut extract or fresh coconut
- 2 cups (480mL) vanilla-flavored soy drink
- 4-6 ice cubes
- 1 tsp. Vaxa Greens (optional)
Yield: 2 servings
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until thick and smooth. Garnish with toasted coconut and pineapple wedge.
