Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (115g) fresh pineapple
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 tsp (4mL) coconut extract or fresh coconut
  • 2 cups (480mL) vanilla-flavored soy drink
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. Vaxa Greens (optional)

Yield: 2 servings

Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until thick and smooth. Garnish with toasted coconut and pineapple wedge.
