Vaxa Power-Spark Shake
This shake is a highly nourishing and energizing meal-drink to begin the day with. It is loaded with vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other cofactors to nourish and support energy production. Can be used anytime of the day.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups soy or almond milk (water is optional however less nutrition)
- 1-2 scoops of Vaxa Nutritionizer
- 1 tsp Vaxa Greens
- 1-tablespoon raw organic oats
- 1/2 frozen banana, cut into chunks
Prep Time: 5 minutes - Yield: 2 servings
Directions
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
