Papaya Smoothie

The papaya in this velvety drink provides vitamin C and natural fruit sugar for energy.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe papayas
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) orange juice
  • 1/2 cup (120g) vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions

Peel, seed and coarsely chop papayas. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
