Papaya Smoothie
The papaya in this velvety drink provides vitamin C and natural fruit sugar for energy.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe papayas
- 1/2 cup (120mL) orange juice
- 1/2 cup (120g) vanilla frozen yogurt
Directions
Peel, seed and coarsely chop papayas. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
